Tim Hourigan, The Home Depot - VP of Human Resources Tim is the Vice President of Performance Management for Home Depot. Tim joined Home Depot in July 2002 as Vice President of Human Resources with HR generalist responsibility for a 600 store division that consisted of over 80,000 associates’. In 2004 he was appointed as Vice President Human Resources for the Merchandising, Marketing and Supply Chain groups at the Atlanta Store Support Center.
Prior to joining The Home Depot, Tim was SVP and COO of Homelife Corporation, a 150 store national furniture company. Tim’s career began at Ernst and Young where he became a Certified Accountant. Tim also worked at Sears Roebuck and Co. where he led the establishment of Sears University.
