CITIZENS FIRE ACADEMY

Citizens Fire Academy (CFA) is our way of allowing the citizens to get a first hand look at AFRD. Citizens will learn everything about how we do business and the menu of services that we offer. The classes last a total of ten (10) weeks to include a class graduation on the last week.

We will introduce them to the many areas of our department; structural fire fighting (low rise & high rise), hazardous materials, Search and Rescue Operations, Airport Operation and other Administrative and support areas.
